Ms. Min specializes in Patent Law. Starting practice in early 2000s, she experienced every change in the Chinese Patent Law, and accordingly has comprehensive understanding on the reasoning behind the provisions and rules. Her suggestion to a specific stage of patent prosecution is combined with her consideration of the entire procedure.
Ms. Min offers full range of patent law service, including patent prosecution, administrative litigation, FTO analysis, licensing, and technique transfer, mainly in the technical fields of bio-technology and pharmaceuticals. She also helps Chinese companies and institutions to prosecute PCT applications in other countries.
In supporting infringement suits for world Top 10 pharmaceutical companies, Ms. Min gained substantive experiences in parallel handling of infringement litigation and validity challenge, and in helping company counsel to combine the dispute inChinawith the disputes in other jurisdiction.
Her recent work includes advising start-up companies in building up internal IP system and considering strategies in technique transfer and licensing, or helping clients seek express administrative measures for patent protection.
Before practicing patent law, Ms. Min obtained a M.S. degree in Immunology from Hunan Medical University and a B.S. degree in Microbiology from Wuhan University, and had worked in Capital Medical University in Beijing for 7 years as a lecturer and researcher.
Ms. Min was qualified as a patent attorney in 2004 and as an attorney at law in 2010.
