Mr. Zhou Daqing is experienced in the legal affairs in relation to corporate finance (including restructuring, domestic and overseas IPO, mergers and acquisitions, FDI) and real estate. l The restructuring and H share listing project of Caihong Group Co., Ltd.
l The restructuring and share listing project of China Railway Express Co., Ltd.
l The preparation and establishment project of Bohai Bank (including the negotiation with foreign strategic investors)
l The restructuring and company name change project of Beijing Bank
l The establishment project of Xiangcai ABN-AMRO Fund Management Company
l Share purchase project in relation to China Yuchai International Ltd. (listed in the NYSE)
l Share purchase dispute in relation to Chongqing Olympic Garden Co., Ltd.
l Represented SINOCHEM’s American branch in a CIETAC arbitration in relation to an international trade transaction
l Represented the People’s Literature Press in its book storage litigation
l Represented Goldlion (China) Clothing & Leather Ware Ltd. in its office lease litigation
Furthermore, Mr. Zhou works as legal counsel for a number of financial institutions, high-tech companies and foreign invested companies.
